Healing Herbs for Highly Sensitive People

We've Moved this Class Online!

March 26, 6:30-8pm

By Donation

Have you ever been told you were “too sensitive?”

Do you struggle with loud noises, bright lights, and crowded places...and often are left feeling overwhelmed?

Or do you feel like you really need your alone time to recharge, especially out in nature?

If you answered yes to any of these questions, you may well be a Highly Sensitive Person (an HSP for short). This is a wonderful trait and a beautiful gift, though it can often feel overwhelming in our loud and busy world.

We invite you to join us for an online workshop where you’ll learn about herbal remedies, nervous system reset tools, and energetic practices to thrive in your life as a Highly Sensitive Person.

Hosted by Marie Zak, Clinical Herbalist, and Lisa Matthews, Craniosacral Therapist & HSP Coach.
